Wanted to cancel insurance on one of my vechiles insured with MiWay due to not being able to take it to the nearest Inspection Centre. She then assisted by calling Inspection Centre in order to find out whether or not they go to clients residence in order to do inspections. This was really great as I did not expect her to do this. She really went the extra mile :-). Excellent customer service!
