Great asset to the FNB family

My husband needed to reverse a debit payment today. After standing in two separate lines, we waited for the Tellers line. Donovan came and asked us what we needed, and promptly led us to his office, and reversed the debit in under 2 minutes. If everyone was willing to do business as quickly and efficiently I see no need for long queues in banks.
Thanks Donovan, you made our day that much easier.
