Without asking she help me with my problem

I went to the bank to reverse an unauthorised debit order and was standing in the information line to be help. Toy Erasmus came up to me and asked what can I help you with. I explained my problem and she offered to help me in her office. First she reversed the debit orders and tried to get hold of the people that just let debit orders go off and have no idea what it is for. Then she proceeded to inform me about the value bundle that would save me bank charges over R600 per month.
