So I been hearing about this product online and having never dealt with Nedbank I thought this would be a convenient way to find out what their service is like and maybe switch over. Tried to register three times for My Financial Life, no success of even getting past the first page. Tried to call the call centre on 0860 555 125, held on for 12 minutes with no answer. Guess I won't be joining My Financial Life or Nedbank. You cannot advertise a product and not deliver on it guys.
