Not keeping to there promises

I called in the month of April 2013 with regards the high rate and I was afvise that I can review my rate after (6) SIX months. I called in mid September and again I was advise to call back mid Ocotober with my request. I inquire at both times if this can be done and I was advise YES. I did not asked if it but I was offerd. On the 15/10/2013 refer :65161044 I called in to have the review done and I was told that NEDBANK does not offer the review any longer. That is from 01/04/2013. Bhuli advise that she will get someone to cal me back. I received a called from a lady with a very high voice, advising NEDBANK have the righ to change what every they said at any time. She would have check and come back to me, but up untill now nothing happen. I am working for MTN whivh I should ahve received a discourt and still nothing. I am very disappointed in the way I have been handled in this regard. Hope this can be change to a postive. hope to hear from NEDBANK soon
