Just want to take time to thank Emmanuel after my complaints to have really gone extra mile to assist, i received new card (will test tomorrow if it works lets hold thumbs) has taken the time to take up my claims and send it to the claims department lets hope all gets paid out quickly. Just one request outstanding re my debit order for Jan is it an annual increase??
