Slow response in hadling claim

I was in an accident, reported it, their assessor said nothing wrong. Took my car for wheel alignment an balancing but it could not be done as they noticed the damage (not visible).

Now I am being told that no one can repair my vehicle and I have to wait until January 2014.

I have sent numerous emails and it takes forever to get hold of the correct person. Left a message yesterday and I get a call back 24 hours later! Again I am waiting... tried to escalate it but it's too difficult to get hold of a manager as they do not phone back! BMW put my motor plan on hold until it has been sorted :-(

Just spoken to Charne but I am afraid it will probably take another week before I know anything!
