Hi, I just wanted to formally compliment Sheila Lilly (I think that was her name). She sat with me for about 2 hours trying to open 2 business accounts for me. She was very patient and unbelievably helpful. She did a really great job and may have even lost out on her lunch hour to make sure I was happy. Brilliant job! Well done!
