Im very happy with the service I received from Miway. I wanted to cancel my insurance with them and I was trasnferred to Henry who asked about the reasons and I told him that its due to my unaffordabiility. He told me that he would like to retain me as a client and my insurance is due for review in January 2014. He s still going to keep me on the database and call me in January to offer me a better premium.
He gave me enough information and advised me on what I should.
He gave me enough time to ask questions and he listened to my queries and conecrns as well.
