I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FNB - AFTER CLOSING MY ACCOUNT I CONTINUED TO GET BILLED FOR SERVICES AND AFTER TRYING TO FIGHT IT OVER AND OVER VIA A CALL CENTRE WHICH ALREADY SPELLS FAILURE, I JUST GAVE UP AND PAID THE AMOUNT AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT AND NOW TO MY HORROR I HAVE A DEFAULT AGAINST MY NAME. I HAVE NOW LOST A TENDER BECAUSE OF THE DEFAULT FOR A LOUSY R383.00 - NOW WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND DOESNT PAY R383.00 - I SETTLED THE AMOUNT AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!!!
AND TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO DEBT COLLECTIONS ON THE CALL CENTRE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!
