I called to apply for a personal loan it was approved sent my settlement letters and bank statement and then told it was decline due to affordability I was then told by a agent to re apply after 14 days. What's the point do Yourll need me as a customer or not. I am doing a debt consolidation loan so surely I will be able to afford it. I am really disappointed in old mutual I have investments if that's the case I will cancel everything and move on where I will be appreciated as a customer and no a number.
