I've been trying for weeks to get price list for the funeral policy but with no luck. Its so frustrating to deal with your helpless call center agents who dont have even interest in answering the phones. Im your client and I demand a good service. I can not go to the branch everytime i need a proper service. Get someone to call me and send me what I requested. I do not care who does what and when, all i want is the information about my policy.
I dont hesitate in changing banks anymore, your service big time and i hope you improve before losing your clients. A shocking service like this doesnt suprise me after all these years.
I called N1 CITY branch after talking to a guy in a call centre and the lady kept on cutting my calls. Thanks for waisting my time.
