Dropped the call when I asked for the manage

I was phoning to the credit customer care to find out about refinancing my residual amount and the lady said that she can't help me because my account was clear and paid up.
It would be because they just took R50000 from my cheque account! This amount will bounce and then it will not be.
She repeated that she can't help me because the vehicle account was fine. I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up the line.
