I've sent three emails requesting that you contact me regarding my policy renewal. I have been a client since 2009. Yesterday, a trainee called me from an outsourced company, barely able to conduct a telephone call in a professional manner. I asked to be contacted by SAW client care directly.
I would like to renew my policy again, this will be my third renewal, unless I do not receive the service I have come to expect from SA Warranties, in which case I'll simply take my business & cash elsewhere.
