Instituted a claim on 9th October regarding a leak in the ceiling near my geyser. They sent round a plumber who is dishonest/incompetent (FitRite Plumbers). First he said that there was a small leak in a T-joint; if I paid him R100 he would fix it there and then. When I refused, he changed his story to include much other damage and also stated in his report that our geyser is not SABS approved!
NUMEROUS attempts to discuss this with SA Homeloans have failed. Sanele has not returned several of my calls as promised. Your manager Corinne is never available; I have left many messages and she has not returned any of them.
To date, the leak is still not fixed, the damage gets worse by the day, and I am incredibly frustrated and tired of constantly calling your company!
