Unlawful Debiting of My Account

I called first for women to get my car covered. I spoke to the Telesales Consultant Geraldo Booysen who assisted me with the quote. we captured all the information necessary and got to the amount of 809.22, I was happy with that and I proceeded to give Geraldo more details. when reading the terms and conditions, Geraldo told me that I will not be charged anything up until the point I pick up my car, when picking up my car I must take it to the nearest Glassfit for verification and I will have the Full comprehensive cover, failing which, I will only have fire and, this was early September. on the 19th of September I was going to pick up my car, so I called FFW to get the confirmation letter for the dealership, I spoke to a lady by the name of Nonhlanhla who was suppose to make this letter for me, but now a different price was being quoted, then I told her that I'm am not happy with that, I'm going to shop elsewhere. I got covered by Outsurance for R699, then emailed FFW to tell them not to continue with the policy. to my surprise, on the 1st of October, my account was debited for R1200.00 by FFW!! Now they refuse to refund me as I cancelled via email when I said I would call!!
