Shocking poor service!

I have been trying for over a week now to get you to upload our tracker information, after we have sent over 10 emails to 2 diffirent email addresses that we got when we spoke to the call centre. Everytime the system keeps saying that you have received our email. After a week still no upload and tracker has phoned me also about this. Why cant you just take the email and upload the information? Is it so hard?

No call back after we requested them-I keep calling you numerous times because you cannot keep a promise. I'm really sad I left my previous insurance for you. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life!

If the car gets or hijacked what do I do? It is really not a joke!!!

Please just do your job and upload the sertificate. It cant be that bad!!! Do not say the system takes this long because of so many other requests... It is still bad after a week!
