My two years of ABSA!

In late 2011 i moved overseas & changed debit order accounts on my vehicle acc. a few months after leaving the country i was notified by Gareth Ward my acc reflected 2 missed payments. together we traced these & I provided proof of payment. As per an email in November 2011 Ward confirmed that error was fixed & account up to date. However unbeknown to me by May 2012 one of these errors was still not corrected at which stage Absa extended my terms to 62 months adding two installments. as i was overseas at the time i didn't catch this till i returned in Jan 2013 having incurred massive interest & stuck with outstanding amount of R6000 even though my loan term had ended & payments up to date as of end of loan term in November 12 - thus started a year long frustrating process of trying to rectify this - I have reported it several times dealing with several consultants none of whom have been helpful. The last, Gunther Greef after providing him with all the documentation he asked for is now ignoring me. I am livid! all I want is to get my car paperwork, have the bad debt on this account rectified and this matter off my credit record. Absa please make this living stop!
