My car broke down and i called, they said they would tow me to the nearest dealership, and from there i would have to see myself home or arrange transport for me to home with an additional cost on me. This is rIdiculous as i am going to have to pay an extra R500 to get home, where as i pay insurance. So why am i paying in the first place? I used to have insurance with ABSA and they towed me for free to my house, and offered me a car while my car was broken. BUDGET IS CHEAP FOR NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
