Extremely poor service

I applied for a speed point. Firstly, the application was not logged. They were 5 days late with installation of the machine, which made me lose thousands of rands. The service at the merchant department was TERRIBLE! I received no feedback from anyone and had to spend more than an hour in total on the phone to get things sorted. I am utterly disgusted with the attitude of the agents, especially Thabo Mbuli.
