ITC UPDATE VS APPAULING SERVICE

This is a second query to be escalated. The consultent has contacted me and no solution, instead empty promises. Can this matter below be escalatesd to RCS management as i'm about to escalate it to the retail Ombudsman.
I Evelyn Molefe would like for my ITC status to be updated within the next 48hours. I have paid up the account proof of payment I have. As a result of your records not being updated or being updated, ITC has been furnished with incorrect information that I am owing RCS still which is not that case. I have been declined by nedbank as a result for my bond application. Failure to respond to this query will prompt me to escalate the matter further to the ombudsman. This matter is to be treated urgently and update done with ITC and a letter confirming the error to be prepared..My email address is [Email Removed]
