I took out a loan on tuesday the 05 November 2013 nd after thinking hard and very carefully about it I thought to myself that I dnt need the loan anymore so I went back in the very same week the 07 november 2013 to give back the money... so I was told that I must pay an initiation fee that was R1140.00 so after speaking to several people in the bank I paid the R1140.00 then I was suprised when I was told by the manager I will have to pay another R92.00 for service fee and don't know what els... I just want capitec to know that I'm not leaving this matter just so I will go as far as the ombuds man nd the ncr bt I want my r1140 back nd I want everything removed from capitec nd I'm thinking of closing my account with them nd cut all ties with them... I have never heard of such an insane thing nd ontop off all they were not very helpfull...
