I had my debit order stopped and for 3 to 4 months and had them started again afterwards. I then spoke to Nhlanhla (call centre agent) she told me that she doesn't think I owe them anything but will check and get back to me. she never contacted me since that day and I assumed that I do not have any amount in arrears. today I have received several text messages saying that my account has been handed over to the lawyers. I have never received any letter or call for that matter from liquid capital telling me that my account is in arrears. Today I called them trying to find out how that happened. I have been calling them since 1pm until 2:35pm, I wasn't helped. all I got was being put through from one dept. to another. the last lady I spoke to today, Linda (call centre agent) said she will take my details to some dept. and they will get back to me, but is not sure when.this was the worst service I have ever received
