MY TIME DOESNT MATTER
My policy gets cancelled I had problems getting an answer for that until I had to complain in front of the whole world before I could get any concrete conclusive answers, then we get to the problems following after this. How do you deduct money from some ones account after terminating the contract then promising to refund the money it never happens because it was cancelled from my overdraft from the bank I after I gave instruction to reject all debit orders from them and yesterday it happens again they persist in trying to take money from my account. Who's going to pay me for my costs that I now have to endure, I have to pay for those debit orders and unpaid mag types not them. This is really not how business should be done its really very unethical and upsetting. Sophia was the girl I spoke to who informed me that she will get someone to call me back it never happened she also said she would call me back to hear if I had any feedback still nothing there is no sense of client service urgency the turnaround time is worse than month end in a grocery store.
