Imposing orders instead of calling to help

A call centre agent calls me. First he mumbles my name incorrect. He tells me he is calling from fnb for my complaint. Instead of trying to listen to me he shouts with out giving me time to speak. Telling me nothing can be done by fnb my account has been handed to lawyers. I asked why all these years when I tried to pay or find ways to arrange payment nothing could be done. Recently when I switched to fnb and managed on my own to start paying them all of a sudden lawyers call. I struggled worst day was when I spent 2hours in a branch having the money in my hand to pay them but was told I can't. I was told they cannot get hold of the lawyers handling the account and I told them that's exactly the reason I went inside the bank. Now these people fnb want me to pay lawyer fees whereas I found my own plan to start paying. I refuse to be abused, yes it was my fault the account was black listed but for me to struggle all these years then pay people who did nothing to help me.
