This is just totally ridicules, my dear brother had a loan with ATLAS and unfortunately he passed away on 25/10/2013. I tried to inform ATLAS of this tragic event and to register a claim against his very expensive CREDIT PROTECTION. After having to make umpteenth key pad selections on the telephone I spoke to seven different people and spent some good 48 minutes on the phone only to be told "Sorry, we can't help, those people are in a meeting" Person no 7 was Micheal an he had a very very bad and attitude.
I am not sure where to go or what to do, but what I do know, this organisation does not know their from their face.
