I intend to log a complain on this website everyday from today. 3 WEEKS ago I logged acomplaint and was advised I would be contacted. I have called and held on for hours but no answer, SO TODAY IT STARTS UNTIL I RECEIVE A RESPONSE:

It is very unfortunate I have to complain on this domain. I have tried calling Maritjie, over 20 times(no exaggeration) on her direct line. Claim #2319996. Maritjie promised she would E Mail me the settlement. No E Mail received Friday(18-10-2013. I called back the afternoon and she said she would send by COB. No E mail. Called Monday and she said she would E Mail immediately. Her words, and this is recorded'I will E Mail it immediately'. Since then, I have had to call over 20 times and sent an E Mail. Is it fair for me to keep calling? I understand when an area is busy but dont make promises when you know you are not able to fulfil
