Dear ABSA, please let me know when I can use my own money on your Online banking service.
I was in a branch for more than an hour to open/reactivate my online banking which is not working by all means, accordingly to your call centre I have to go back. That actually means I have to take time of work again. As a government employee i dont have lunch time or cant just leave a desk and do banking normal hours.
Let me know when I can access my "opened" account and own money, otherwise I take my banking elsewhere. Yours Sincerely.
