Exactly the same happened to me. Completed the questionnaire on the website. Was not specified that they will deduct the money. No service was provided, no documents send through to them or any advice given by them. No where states that you cannot apply if you are under debt review. Now I get a letter from attorneys threatening with legal action. Lodged a complaint with the NCR.
