Hereby a positive feedback on th complaint linked to my account - The understanding was wrong on how balances and system changes took affect - and after being explained to me - the complaint can be understood to have been pre-occupied mind on an incorrect undersanding by myself - hence my dearest appologies to MFC - and relevant persons I spoke to telephonically etc ..
Life has its misunderstandings ESPECIALLY when an individual is at stress of being robbed - just to find out it is not the case - Communicate BEFORE you make assumptions!!
