I phoned the card department 2 times before I left the country to allow withdrawals from my account in Malaysia! Since I have been here I drew once and have been unable to do so since! I am hungry, broke and living on someone's couch.

My last R100 I put into airtime to phone the bank and they did not answer for 15 minutes! I am now without airtime, desperate, hungry and feel abandoned by this bank.
