I have a study plan for my child I called 2 months ago to update my banking details and was advice of the consultant it was updated. I requested the updated docs to be emailed to me still waiting. I checked om my statement this morning that they have not deducted the premium after I updated all of this. If ths policy lapsed because of agents who r incompetent I will take this further so u better sort this out. I cnt belief this u people also not calling client to follow up what nonsens is this. The last thing I wnt to hear from u people is that policy lapsed so pl sort this out asap.
