Think it is time to contact Steve

As an IT Manager and with today's technology I can't understand why ABSA would charge me R3800 for bank statements from 2005? All I need is confirmation of salaries paid from then till now? No sorry sir we need to print everything and hence the charge. Ever heard of filters? Just print what I need, or filter it so we only see deposits? It is daylight, really people get your IT in line with technology and make it easier and more cost effective for you and your clients!

As a client of ABSA since 1995 with all my assets with them I am appalled at this. Maybe it is time to move everything away from ABSA to where the client comes first and the lame excuses sorry sir we cannot becomes let's see what we can do for you or how we can help that doesn't cost you as much as car payment?!
