Still no solution

Not a single phone call to say sorry no comunication from FNB nothing. Now that There is suppose to be money put into another account that is with them they cant even do it over the telephone. When FNB wants to take more money from me cant stop them from calling me now that it is the other way round it is like pulling teath out of them to get a response. Was happy with FNB for 8yrs but now absolutely uselless. This seems to be the only way a person gets a response from FNB.
