I applied online to see how much loan they would offer me. Now two months later i get an sms and email saying that i owe them R399 for not cancelling the loan application. I then called to find out who they are and what debit order is that which i did not pay, only to find a rude lady telling me to pay cause i did not cancel and even faxed my details to them. Now they threatening to hand over the bill to the lawyers> please help as this is fustrating me and do not understand what do i owe them for.
