On 21st October FNB deducted all my bank charges. I emailed them asking that in future all the charges be deducted on the last day of the month, which they accepted.
To my surprise this morning when I looked at my statement, they deducted the fees again and which is a total different amount to the one deducted on the 21st.
Do the people who work there actually check what they're doing before actually doing it.
I want my service fees back!!! not impressed with FNB at all!!!
