Lucid making it impossible to clear your name

The person that was put on my case, made no attempt to help us in any way. Our dealings with one of our debtors was left for us to sort out. We tried everything from our side and even the banks branch was helpful to get the documentation necessary for Lucid to complete my case. After all our running around to get the documentation we received another email for an affidavit to be signed. No one was sure who was suppose to sign this and with 2 days left to get it signed we received an email from the consultant giving us the contact details of the person at the bank that Is suppose to sign it. I mean if she knew who it was, why did she not get an affidavit from this person, not even the bank branch knew who it was? Why did we have to pay R5700 to get my name cleared if I ended up doing all the work for them?
