So now I get a response from outsurance telling me that even though the vehicle came in in a running condition, and after I worked on it the engine broke whilst I was test driving the vehicle, I am to tell my customer that I can not guarantee this work and the damages is for his account! And also that my cust brought the vehicle to break while in my possession..? what kind of a business will people think I run? How do
I tell my customer this? I am embarrassed and in between a rock and a hard spot.

Mr. "Aubrey Aucamp" had said was false, and that I am making it up when I have witnesses who can testify! I am very disappointed. outsurance will rather have me loose my reputation by handling a legal battle for me??? THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAY INSURANCE FOR! I have insurance to prevent customers being unhappy, or taking me to court for these circumstances.
Alet please attend to this matter. I will not take this service sitting down!
