INCOMPETENCE& LACK OF URGENCY FOR MISSING R20 000!

In Feb, I purchased tickets from the" USA-equivalent" of "Computicket" for a concert. Money was immediately deducted in Feb (I have the statements to prove it - you would think FNB would too!) I subsequently went to the concert in DC in August and all was fine. On pay-day in September, R19400 vanished from my account. The transaction description had the name of the "USA-equivalent." I immediately called FNB & cancelled my card. They told me to fill in a -case form which I did, explaining the entire situation, and waited. After 1week of no feedback, I called them and they only then realised they had sent me the wrong form in the 1st place. I then was sent a debit dispute form. I took my own initiative& found the number of the "USA-equivalent" on GOOGLE!! I called& emailed - within 3 days of emails, the CFO of the company investigated and told me they had no record of debiting me again, meaning it was. Its been more than a month, & after no feedback for 3 more weeks, I phoned FNB, and all they could say is the amount is for the Feb purchase, which my Feb statement clearly shows went off in Feb! SHOCKED!! ANGRY!!! STRESSED!!! HATING THE INCOMPETENT AND LACK OF URGENCY!!!
