I made 3 payments for my vehicle and they are saying that my account is in areas and thaey have put me through to late department without informing me. I have paid my installment for November and asking them to stop the debit order that is suppose to go off on the 1st of November, they are saying they cannot and it means that i will pay double for November. This is really upsetting as I want them to sort this issue and no one seem to care.
