We obtained a loan from Bridge (SA Multi Loans) and even though we were making regular payments, our account was handed over to Flemix & Associates (previously known as Coombe & Associates) for collection. When I contacted Bridge, I was told that they could not assist with any information and that we should speak to their attorneys. Every time I contacted the attorneys regarding this matter, I was told to leave a message and someone would call me. I never received a call back from the attorneys. After 8 months, we finally received a statement from Bridge reflecting an over payment. We had over paid by R6000. We are now still trying to get our money back that was overpaid. This was the worst experience we have ever had.
