I received a call from who i assume is a credit controller working for Bridge loans, this was after i requested someone call me back. Bridge Loans claims i have a loan with them and owe them R5000. I politely requested a copy of this contract stating the reason for this request as " loan being disputed". Johanna Kaaku, the person i made the request of asked me several times what the reason is i want these documents. At that point i was honestly thinking she doesn't know the meaning of the word " dispute". I asked her outright if she was refusing my request to which she didn't reply. I asked to speak with her supervisor or manager to which i also received no reply. Instead i was verbally harassed and told "You took our money now you don't want to pay" like i'm some sort of common criminal. I am now, once again, politely asking that a copy of my alleged loan agreement with Bridge Loans be sent to me via whatever channels works for them.
