Continual Harrasment and exhorbent interest rates

I would like to express my complaint once regarding my Personal Loan account which I applied for in 2008. I went under debt review in 2009 with Money Management Solutions (NCRDC 420) in Durban. I am STILL under debt review. I still continue to receive harassing calls after hours and on weekends at least twice a month. I am paying R500 toward the account every month and the balance is not getting any lower because of your rediculous interest rates. I don't foresee ever settling this account at this rate I think your banking institution is an absolute disgrace and the fact that you can get people to call clients on a weekend from a normal cellphone number is disgusting to say the least. I will be reporting this to the ombudsman and also making it known to SPEAK OUT tv programme as well as other consumer rights programs. With the harassment, the interest charged etc this account is not going anywhere I'm quiet fed up with the way you handle your clients. Your consultants are also very rude and don't allow the client to speak. You really are a disgrace! Stop harassing me! cell numbers calling me are: 0833266684 / 0836423323 / 0836250386
