INCORRECT CANCELLATION OF CARDS

An Imbocile administrative clerk decided to make a clerical error and cancel every single one of my bank cards - that was 24 hours ago!! And you know what FNB response is and please note I am a private banker - OOPS sorry we will send you new cards in due course!! So we pay larges sums in banking fees / administrative costs etc etc to have the "luxury" of a private banker and yet they do what??? My question is what happens if I was stranded somewhere with no money or overseas?? Surely its illegal to prohibit a person from their very own monies???
I WILL BE CHANGING BANKS!! FNB!!
