I received an sms on Monday (2013-10-21) from Nudebt informing me that I am in breach of a contract with 8Ta which I am not aware of. I called them and they told me to send them an affidavit, proof of residence and a copy of my id. I sent them all the required documents and took this matter up with Telkom and they still send me an SMS to say that they are going to issue a garnishee order against my salary. They dont even want to verify my details before they go ahead with thier garnishee order. The residential address that was provided is not mine and I am definitely sure that the ID copy that's there does not have my picture on it.
