Great service from the Outsurance legal team in recovering my excess from the third party that caused my vehicle accident. Although it took 7.5 months to resolve this issue, their communication was regular and I was always in the loop as to the status of the recovery. I honestly was not expecting to get anything back so the call this afternoon to say i was getting my full excess back really made my day!
