I currently have building loan with standard bank and during my first progress payment request I was given an enormous run around where I felt as if they did not know their own processes. The process should have taken at most 10 days but ended being almost three weeks.
Now submitting the second progress payment I have followed the same process which was to email a completed and signed form to the bank but am now being told I must go into the branch instead. How can this be if the first one was accepted via email.
I am so frustrated by the banks incompetent staff now that I no longer wish to remain there not that they will noticed as I do not believe they value their clients.
