I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY

IT ALL STARTED ON THE 15TH DEC WHERE THEY DEBITED MY ACC WITHOUT NOTIFICATION, AND I ASKED FOR REVERSAL THEY ONLY REVERSED AFTER I COMPLAINED TO HELLOPETER ON THE 21ST, THEY DEBITED ME CORRECTLY END OF DEC WHEN I GOT PAID, AND THEY COLLECTED THEIR R467.22 WHICH I WAS LEFT WITH A BALANCE OF R264 ON THE 28/12/2012, WHICH I WENT INTO THE BRANCH AT RANDBURG TO PAY AND SETTLE ON THE 31ST, AND I WAS TOLD CHARGES WERE ADDED, FROM THE 21TH TO THE 31ST ONLY 10 DAYS??? I TOLD THE CASHIER I WILL PAY IT, SPOKE TO NATALIE WHICH SHE SAID THEY WONT DEBIT ME, I ASKED FOR A PAID UP LETTER FROM THAT DAY TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT AND DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF MY ACC YESTERDAY TAKING MY TRANSPORT MONEY TO WORK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I PAIS UP THEIR ACC I DONT OWE THEM A CENT AND THEY WILL PAY FOR THE CHARGES I INCURED FOR DEBITING AND TAKING MONEY WHERE THERE WAS NO FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR THEM. I WANT MY MONEY!!! OR ELSE I WILL GO TO THE BRANCH CHASE OUT ALL CUSTOMERS AND REMOVE ALL MY CLOTHES TODAY DURING MY LUNCH, AND I AM SERIOUS. THEY THINK THAT THEY ARE HELPING PEOPLE WHILE THEY TURN AND US UP LIKE WE KNOW NOTHING. I WANT MY MONEY, I HAVE EMAILS FROM HER STATING I WONT BE DEBITED
