BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD SERVICE

Good afternoon,

I submitted a third party claim on the 7 August 2013, After sending 15 emails to the consultant who was dealing with my claim, I finally received feedback from them.
Telesure's client hit into me on the 7 August 2013, no fault of mine. Two and a half months later, my vehicle has finally been booked in for repairs. I sent the consultant numerous emails to confirm the car hire option and received no feedback.
Today I called and spoke to the Manager who advised that they cannot assist me. (No reasonable explanation given)
When I asked to speak to a Manager, I was transferred to Shaun Basset, who also could not assist me. Both Ronel Harvey and Shaun Basset had terrible attitudes.

My question is:
Your client hit me from behind, no fault of mine.
I have been inconvenienced as a result of this.
My car is booked in for repairs on the 24th October with no hired car option. I was told that I don't qualify because I don't use my vehicle for business use. I use my vehicle everyday to get to and from work?
What happened to placing a client back in the same position they were in before the incident occurred, or does this only apply to your client.
