I'm insured under quicksure and the kind of service I got from Christo Botha was unsatisfactory.
I had two incidents on separate days, I scrached my car with the garage door from front bumper to the back left side door and the garage roof fell ontop of my car, Quicksure said that its two separate claims and i must pay double access which is something that was new to me as i was making the claim one.the front bumper was quoted for repairs but quicksure refused to pay for it, I asked them to come with me so that we look at the damage they refused saying its against their policy.
During this time i had a rental car for 30days, then my car was repaired before the 30days but by the time the car was ready for collection I was not in a position to can collect it because of work commitments but I made means to collect it a day later because it was parked on the street overnight. I then requested my insurance to extend the rental car because I'm not in a space to can return it on the said date, Johan agreed to do that. After i returned the rental car on the agreed date, I was invoiced for 5days of use. I asked my insurance to assist and they just said to me they cant.
